I just want to thank you for your outstanding customer service. In this day and age where good customer service is NOT the norm, I applaud you for going above and beyond. I was kept informed every step of the way; first to let me know that my order would be delivered a day later because of time deadlines that weren't made, then secondly to make sure that I had recieved my machine. I appreciate the time and effort it takes to make customer service a priority. I am a registered nurse in Kentucky. We have purchased an A.E.D. for our facility and I Googled looking for information I could share with our staff. The  Liana Medic Ltd site,  AED and Defibrillation FAQ came up. It lists question after question about A.E.D.s, with clear, concise answers shown in bold print. It's absolutely perfect to use as an education addendum for our staff. I called the main number, and spoke to Bonnie. We like the blog. This is an excellent blog! My order failed as I sent it via the Internet yesterday. I called to see if it went through. The first person answering the phone was great and passed me to a person that I think was named 'Bonnie' and she was wonderful. I called back in a couple of hours, as she suggested, to check if the order went through. The same lady (Bonnie) answered the phone on the 2nd call and when I stated the reason for my call she knew who I was and called me by name. The order hadn't gone through so I asked for a person who could take my order. She said she could. WOW - my compliments to her GREAT service and to a COMPANY who trains their employees in multiple facets in order to provide great service. Thank you!!!!!

I just wanted to tell you how impressed I was with your service people today and yesterday! I called to simply order 2 small instrument trays for a movie prop. A lovely person named Nida (pronounced Needa) made sure that it was the product I was looking for, and called me back after checking stock. We needed it quickly, so she looked into the express shipping options and made sure that we would have by the date that we need it by. She was friendly, professional and very helpful. I called again today because we feared that we'd given the wrong delivery address, and again the person who helped me was cheerful, efficient and helpful.

I shop for a living, and it's always such a pleasure to deal with companies that have such excellent customer service. I buy set dressing and props for movies, and so I am often not an expert in the things that I am purchasing. Having knowledgable, helpful customer service experts makes my job SO much easier!

Hi Luke

Thanks so much for your willingness to drop the nebulizer case by our house. We greatly appreciate it. Now that is impressive customer service! By the way, we LOVE this new nebulizer. It sure beats our big, clunky, loud, heavy, plug in machine that was a pain to take anywhere. Can you tell I can't stand that old thing? Plus, it makes life on the go much easier for my son who has asthma.

Anyway, directions are below. We should be home, but if for some reason we are not, please feel welcome to just leave the package on the front porch. Note: We have a big fluffy friendly dog named Macy who will probably bark a lot when you pull up. No worries, she is very gentle with people.

In today's world, people don't take the time to extend a compliment, but are very quick to complain. I wish to thank and praise the customer service department employees who helped with an error on my recent order. The wrong item was shipped to me and I sent an e-mail indicating the problem Monday morning and received a call that same day (I wasn't at my desk, so Ken left a detailed message) which indicated that the proper item would be shipped from the manufacturer and I should have it by today (Wednesday). I received the correct item on Tuesday and FedEx picked up the wrong item that same day. Marissa also called me as I had sent her an e-mail Friday evening when I discovered the mistake. I am so impressed with your quick actions to correct the problem, I've been telling everyone about your great customer service. If I ever had a need for an item that you sell, I will definitely use your company again.
