WBC and differential

Cellular Classification multidimensional scattering using polarized Multi Angle Separation plus 3 color fluorescent technologies provide an analysis of both the white blood cell count and differential. The instrument uses flow cytometry measurements of multiple fluorescent light scattering angles up to 20,000 cellular events. This unique process allows multiple scatter plots occurs characterization of cellular processes. Information is available on the instrument to provide:

WBC differentials are virtually free of NRBCs interference, and remains pooled platelets, which can lead to improved laboratory efficiency.
